Partner FAQ

Answers for firms considering the route.

Everything law firms and claims organizations ask before partnering with Claimant Route.

What exactly does Claimant Route do?

We partner with law firms and claims organizations on structured auto accident claimant acquisition — verification, documentation and criteria-matched delivery, handled end to end so your intake team receives qualified, ready-to-work cases.

What claim types do you cover?

Auto accident claims. It’s the only route we run, and we built the entire platform around doing it well — verification, documentation and partner matching all tuned to this one claim type.

Who is Claimant Route built for?

Personal injury law firms, claims companies and other acquisition partners who need a predictable, verified stream of auto accident claimants rather than one-off referrals.

What does it cost to become a partner firm?

Pricing is structured around verified case placement rather than a flat retainer. Territory, monthly capacity and case criteria are set together during onboarding.

Is there a minimum volume commitment?

No. Volume ramps to whatever capacity your intake team can absorb, and can be adjusted month to month as your practice grows.

How soon after onboarding do cases start arriving?

Most partner firms receive their first routed cases within 5–7 business days of onboarding, ramping to full agreed capacity over the first 30 days.

What if a routed case doesn’t sign?

Every partner agreement defines fit criteria upfront, and any case that falls outside it is excluded from billing — your firm only pays for well-matched cases.

How are claimants verified before routing?

Every claimant is scored against 40+ fit signals — incident details, injury type, documentation completeness and jurisdiction — then confirmed by a navigator by hand before hand-off.

Can we set our own case acceptance criteria?

Yes. Injury severity, case value floor and liability clarity are all configurable during onboarding, and can be adjusted as your capacity or focus changes.

How are cases delivered to our team?

Live transfer, CRM integration, or a scheduled digest — whichever fits your intake workflow. Delivery method is set during the integration step of onboarding.

What geographic markets do you cover?

Auto accident acquisition is currently active across 32 states. Territory exclusivity within a market can be discussed during your consultation.

How is claimant data handled and secured?

Intake and hand-off follow SOC 2-aligned data handling practices, with every transfer logged, consented and audit-ready by default.

Are your acquisition practices compliant with bar rules?

Our acquisition and referral processes are structured to align with applicable attorney advertising and referral regulations in each jurisdiction we operate in — and we review this with every new partner during onboarding.
